  • Healing Body Image from the Inside Out with Deb Schachter | All the Things
    2025/06/05

This one’s for anyone who’s ever struggled with how they see and feel about their body.

I sat down with Deb Schachter, co-author (with Whitney Otto) of Body Image, Inside Out, for a real, honest conversation about body image—what shapes it, how it lives in our nervous system, and how healing is an inside-out process.

We talked about what it’s like to carry body image issues for years, how we pass those patterns down (even without meaning to), and how we can start to shift things—especially as parents or people working through our own stuff while trying to do better.

Deb brings a gentle, grounded presence to this topic, and this conversation will leave you feeling seen, supported, and maybe even inspired to look at your own relationship with your body a little differently.

    What we get into:
✨ What somatic healing has to do with body image

✨ The tricky balance of parenting while reprogramming your own beliefs

✨ The pressure to "love your body" and what might feel more real instead

✨ Learning to listen to your body rather than criticize it

📖 Body Image, Inside Out is a powerful, honest book about healing the way we see ourselves—beyond mirrors and measurements. It's for anyone ready to feel more at home in their body. I think we could all use some of that.

🎧 Give it a listen—you might just hear something you didn’t even know you needed. Full Episodes on YouTube

  • S2e3 - Embracing the Cycle with Pat McCabe
    2024/09/08

    "Embracing the Cycle"

In Episode 3, we dive deep into an essential topic with special guest, Pat McCabe (Weyakpa Najin Win, Woman Stands Shining), a Diné mother, grandmother, and ceremonial leader. Michelle and Pat engage in a heartfelt conversation about the importance of healing spaces for women to share their experiences with menses, peri-menopause, and menopause. It’s time to break the silence and dismantle the shame surrounding these natural “change of life” initiations that significantly impact our physiology and embodied experience.

  • S2e2 - Exploring Intuition + Law of Attraction with Kevin Young
    2024/08/25

Season 2 we jump right into my favorite topic... intuition and consciousness. Joined by Kevin Young, an Intuitive Coach & Healer, we discuss self-healing, personal and relational empowerment, micro and macro mirroring, catalyst moments and awakening, and more. I challenge him a little on perceptions of spiritual teachers like Abraham Hicks and we get into more on manifestation. I get a little personal about my own trip-ups in self-trust. • Identity Transition
    2024/08/09

Welcome to Season 2! I'm kicking this season off the same way I did Season 1... a little rambling on Identity and what it means to change your name. It's a reclamation, and so much more. Also included are some updates on projects and my continued battle with Facebook not changing my name even though I've provided proof of my LEGAL name change. I'm stuck in a meta loop that spirals into the depths of hell. I did create a FB Page, but I'm starting over in terms of building community. I digress... it's been quite a journey in 6mo time. Thanks for tuning in. Oh, and you can now find out more about me and my offerings at www.michellewolfe.me --> Season 2 we're getting into more of the nitty gritty of spirituality, the sentient experience of being human, depth psychology, existentialism, and I might let my freak flag fly and invite mysticism and mediumship into the mix. We'll see. Stay tuned...

  • Ep11 - Intimate Alchemy: Bridging Sex + Dreams
    2024/06/18

We're getting a little juicy in episode 11. Michael Author is a Sexual Guide for Men and a Dream Technologist. Founder of the Dreaming Society and wtfdyw.com (what the fuck do you want dot com). Listen is as Michael and I discuss Depth Sexuality and Dreamscape Technology. We're getting into the personal stuff like common barriers in deepening intimacy in relationships (intimacy is more than sex and sex is an important part of it), ways to re-ignite desire in long term relationships, the importance of paying attention to your dreams if you want to create a life that truly supports you, and the BS idea that men and women cannot be genuine friends even if there is mutual attraction at play. I have to laugh when we talked about the benefits of novelty... Michael and I were talking about different things there for a min. :)

  • Ep10: Healing through Fantasy - Writing as Catharsis
    2024/05/27
Have you ever read a book and cried your eyes out when it ended or a favorite character died? Writing is cathartic. It gives the author the opportunity to create a character, tell a story, and process experiences. Writing also invites readers to share in that experience, though they will ultimately perceive it through their own senses. Abigail Wild, Publisher, Author, and Creative Director at Wild Ink Publishing LLC, discusses the impact of fantasy writing and how it can be a tool for processing difficult emotions and even traumatic childhood experiences. We even get into a little neuropsych talk (for funzies). You can find out more about Abigail and Wild Ink Publishing at wild-ink-publishing.com. Enjoy!
