  • A conversation with Gen Z
    2023/12/21

After our conversation with Caroline Bouffard at A+ Coaching, we realized how much this topic resonated with so many people - including the Gen Z's themselves - and in particular, one Gen Z who is the daughter of our former guest, Aly Bouffard. We invited her onto the podcast to listen to what she had to say about her generation, and specifically what is important to her and the people around her. We had a wonderful conversation with her and can't wait for all of you to hear it!

As always, we would love to hear from you! Please leave comments or write to us at info@thebeaconoflight.com

  • Value Driven Leadership: Myth or Reality
    2023/08/18

Everybody talks about wanting to have purpose in their work. 70-78% of Gen Z's and Millennials say they will only take a job that is meaningful. We would all love to work for a company that matches our values. Is this just a myth - having a value-driven leader and working for a purposeful organization?

In this episode, we talk to Jim Osgood, CEO of Turtle Fur and Board Chair of 1% for the Planet. He tells us how he decided to be a value driven leader and turned that myth into reality. He gives us insights into what that means, how to do it and why it is so important.
