From stepping into her pole class to competing at the World Championships representing Team USA, including doubles and going head to head with world level athletes. Katrina turned every raised eyebrow into rocket fuel. Today, she's the CEO of Vertical Fitness, president of the US Poll Sports Federation, VP of POSA, and she's expanding Vertica across nearly every state in the country. But beyond the titles, her real mission is simple - prove that fitness is for everybody, body positivity, mental health and all. So how did she build a national movement from a single pole? At POSA World Champion, a CSIT Worlds Game Pole Sport Champion, a UNA World Cup Champion, and a three time USPSF National Champion who competed from 2017 to 2023. She spent years competing at the highest levels of pole sport, both nationally and internationally, and the results have spoken for themselves every single time.
