Visitors descend from heaven. Forbidden knowledge changes humanity. And a man named Enoch is taken beyond ordinary experience.

Could these ancient stories describe contact with a nonhuman intelligence—and why do they feel so familiar in today’s UFO and disclosure conversations?

In this episode of Aliens in the Clouds, Anna explores the world of 1 Enoch, its connections to Genesis, and the Watchers who cross a boundary with consequences they cannot escape. From their oath on Mount Hermon to their unsettling teachings and Enoch’s extraordinary visions, we follow the story into modern interpretations of ancient contact.

Along the way, we explore ideas associated with Andrew Collins and Jacques Vallée, revisit the July 26, 2023 UAP hearing, and ask a question that reaches beyond whether visitors could find us: What would their knowledge tell us about their intentions?

In April 2023, an anonymous 4chan poster described a massive underwater facility that builds UFOs for specific jobs, recycles returning craft, and moves through the Atlantic. He said he worked with recovered hardware—and that a liver cancer diagnosis had changed what he was willing to reveal.

The thread became a story about machines controlled by thought, recovery teams trapped inside a craft, and technology that other departments kept behind closed doors.

But how much of that story holds up?

Matt follows the account into later whistleblower interviews, scientific speculation, Chinese laser research, and military infrared footage. Some connections look striking at first. Following them back to their sources makes the picture more complicated.

This Aliens in the Clouds investigation explores the stranger’s story, the ideas already circulating before he posted, and the mystery of the person behind the screen.

An anonymous 4chan poster claimed that some UFOs are being constructed by an automated facility hidden beneath the ocean. Ridiculous internet lore—or a story worth keeping an eye on?

In this edited edition of The Sunday Signal, Matt and Anna begin with the first Air Force UAP records transferred to the National Archives—and what those early releases suggest may still be waiting in the files. They also discuss a reportedly declassified recording connected to the 1952 Washington, D.C. UFO sightings, public distrust of government secrecy, and a reported preparedness plan for the possible confirmation of nonhuman intelligence.

Then things get considerably stranger.

We examine purported earlier comments from UAP witness Dylan Borland, react to worm-like objects captured with a thermal camera over Denver, confront an AI-generated disaster video designed to fool viewers, and enter the story of an anonymous 4chan poster who claimed that UFOs are being manufactured somewhere beneath the ocean.

Some of it is documented. Some is disputed. Some may be complete nonsense. That’s what makes it worth talking through.

This is the edited version of our September 6 Sunday Signal livestream.

Were the famous 10:00 p.m. Phoenix Lights really military illumination flares—or has that explanation been accepted too easily?

Matt takes the lead as Aliens in the Clouds welcomes Chris to the investigation. Together with Anna, they examine how military flares are supposed to behave and compare that with what witnesses and cameras reportedly captured over Phoenix: lights that appeared stationary, maintained their spacing, produced no visible smoke, and seemed to extinguish in an orderly sequence.

The conversation also explores conflicting eyewitness descriptions, reports of military aircraft, earlier sightings of similar orange lights, and the possibility that more than one extraordinary event unfolded over Arizona that night.

Then, as usual, the investigation opens a few unexpected doors—from unconventional propulsion and spacetime bubbles to the Book of Enoch and the Vatican’s rumored Chronovisor.

The official explanation may be simple. The evidence is anything but.

Welcome to Aliens in the Clouds!

In our first official episode, meet your hosts, Matt and Anna, and discover the idea behind a different kind of UFO podcast, one built around curiosity, open-minded discussion, and a community where skeptics, believers, experiencers, and everyone in between can investigate the unknown together.

We'll introduce our collaborative approach to investigating real cases, explain how listeners can take part, and share what we're building through our website, Discord community, Patreon, and Investigator Gear. You'll also meet our resident alien and questionably reliable news correspondent, Skinny Ed.

Finally, we reveal our first investigation: the Phoenix Lights. It's a widely known case, but new documentaries, witness accounts, and conflicting information suggest there may still be much more to explore.

The investigation is just beginning, and you're invited to join us. Visit https://aliensintheclouds.com to explore the case files, read the daily Skinny Ed Report, and join our Discord.

Welcome to the investigation!

On March 13, 1997, thousands of people across Arizona looked up and saw something they could not easily explain.

Some described a massive, silent formation moving slowly across the state. Others witnessed a row of brilliant lights hanging over the mountains outside Phoenix. Military flares would later become part of the explanation, but do they account for everything reported that night?

In the opening episode of Case 01, Matt and Anna begin reconstructing the Phoenix Lights timeline through witness accounts, documented events, conflicting memories, and the questions that remain nearly three decades later.

Were Arizonans witnessing one extraordinary event, several unrelated events, or something else entirely?

Listen, examine the evidence, and join the investigation.
