  • Self-worth: who you are is not what you do
    2026/07/06

Today we're getting vulnerable. I'm talking about feeling worthless and that hum of "not good enough" that runs under so much of what we do.

I open up about my own struggle with feeling worthless, then pick that feeling apart: where does it come from? What is the actual meaning underneath it all? And how does this tie into the nervous system?

We also get into functional worth versus intrinsic worth, why you can't logic your way out of a shame loop, and the small things that actually work to rewire this belief.

It's a reminder for me as much as anyone: you're worthy because you exist, not because of what you produce. ✨

  • After I Clock Out: before we begin
    2026/06/29

I had an idea on February 16th, 2022. Just a note in my phone, on a walk, with my headphones in. Four years later, I finally pressed record.

This is the episode where I tell you exactly where After I Clock Out came from: the retail breaking point that started it all, why I spent years circling the same question about work and identity, and the concept that finally made everything click. I talk about what it actually means to clock out, a little history on why we started treating time like money, and why your career is just one tiny slice of who you are.

  • Burnout: admitting you're burnt toast
    2026/06/23

There was no way I could be "burned out." I work from home. I work in my pajamas for heaven's sake. How could I possibly earn that title, when there are people out there working harder than me? People that actually do things that matter? But really, I had no idea what burnout actually was. And how it was ruining my life.

This is the episode where I admit I was experiencing life like a burnt piece of toast: panic attacks before client calls, reaching for a drink every night, completely losing my identity, all while telling myself I still wasn't doing enough. I talk about the moment it cracked open, the book that changed everything, and why learning to heal my nervous system became the greatest act of self-love I have ever experienced.
