Welcome to the AFPT podcast.

It’s probably not what you would expect to start with. You will find different fan white noises created here in the gym. Specific white noise really helped my daughter sleep which meant I could sleep. Sleep deprivation in early parenting is horrible. So anything that can help your little one sleep, meaning you can sleep is a bonus.

I was on the rower one day and realised how soothing the fan sounded when going at a steady tempo. So I’ve recorded different gym equipment fans, some surprising sound like the sea washing up a beach.

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

I've used loads of different white noise videos to help settle my little one and I realised in the gym the slow steady sounds of the cardio kit and fans can be calming and relaxing. This was made using the Rower, Skier and Bike going at a steady tempo.
