    I ranked the 9 new movies I saw in September 2025 from Worst to best! Big movies like One Battle After Another have obviously sparked political debate while simple comedies like Spinal Tap II failed to even leave a dent in the conversation. The Conjuring Last Rites proved that the Warrens are still a hot commodity and for some reason Ice Road got a movie sequel on Netflix.     Good Boy Movie Review - Indy the dog is having a ruff couple of weeks. He is seeing ghosts in a haunted house and there is no Bruce Willis around to chat about it. I found the atmosphere and the gimmick to be pretty solid but even at the short runtime, it felt very padded out and a bit lacking. Not a bad watch, just nothing too great, either. Emily Blunt joins him for some outside the ring fights. I went into The Smashing Machine, hoping for another powerful story like we got with A24's other film, The Iron Claw.
