Tammy Afriat is a mother of three (ages 5-13) and a certified parent coach.
But that was only sometimes the case.
While Tammy naturally gravitated towards empathy and understanding others as a child, societal pressures channeled her into the logical, analytical field of engineering.
However, as a parent, despite her engineering degree, she often felt unequipped to handle, for example, her child's meltdowns.
Identifying the challenges of parenting as rooted in evolving parenting styles, Tammy sought out new approaches that incorporate love, logic, and limits to cultivate healthier relationships and a harmonious house.
Her journey taught her the power of compassion for herself and others,
demonstrating the transformative impact of implementing boundaries through compassionate parenting. This experience inspired her to pursue certification as a professional parent coach.
