We are continuing to be present while acknowledging our creation of power. We are learning to harness with what is within us because it is a power that is infinite, and is our birthright. Learning how to move our energy through the power of dance, yoga, and intentional body movements, such as tantra it is a sacred practice a presence acknowledging who in what? We all are. This is a fabulous time because humanity is waking up more and more each day and some of us are finding things laughable because we are now seeing beyond the illusion that has been providing our mental, emotional and physical spaces, we are learning to ground by adding a grounding song. I found this song from Michael Meade. He is a fascinating soul, providing wisdom to the world, which for me provided nourishment in his words.He is a storyteller. He is a scholar and author, and the song is from the Dogon tribe of Africa sung by the "Earth clan "and the words mean that we have gratitude for the Earth. Mother earth, the living breathing earth that we all walk upon each day.
