The moment you stop blaming everyone else...
is the moment your life begins to change.

Accountability isn't about guilt.

It isn't about shame.

It isn't about beating yourself up.

It's about looking in the mirror and saying:

"This is where I am... and I have the power to influence where I go next."

That is one of the most empowering realizations a person can have.
