Once again a woman is making the case that accountability—the necessary corollary for liberty to be responsibly exercised—is kryptonite for modern feminist women.

A female former student at Cornell—carefully maintaining her anonymity as “Jane Doe” in court filings--has just filed a lawsuit against seven named young men, also former students, alleging that they committed sexual assault upon her.

This claim of sexual assault comes years after the event, an event in which the woman exulted in her group sex with a few of these men, and for some reasons asserts the same charges even against the other of the men who never even touched her.

Her claim is that she was incompetent to consent to the sexual engagements because of her voluntary ingestion of illicit drugs—even though she’d also claimed that the men involved were even more drugged than was she.

Join me LIVE at 11:30 AM ET for my quick take on this travesty against these young men, and yet another flagrant example of a woman desperately seeking to evade accountability, and enrich herself by millions of dollars, over her own poor choices.

Episode #1472.

Chapter and its affiliates are not connected with or endorsed by any government entity or the federal Medicare program. Chapter Advisory, LLC represents Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO, and PFFS organizations and stand alone prescription drug plans that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal. While we have a database of every Medicare plan nationwide and can help you to search among all plans, we have contracts with many but not all plans. As a result, we do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 50 organizations which offer 18,160 products nationwide. We search and recommend all plans, even those we don’t directly offer. You can contact a licensed Chapter agent to find out the number of products available in your specific area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-Medicare, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
