Arizona State’s women’s basketball team is set for an electrifying 2026-27 Big 12 season, with a tough but promising schedule that includes a home-heavy slate against top conference foes and a high-stakes rivalry finale against Arizona. Coach Molly Miller’s squad, which went 9-9 in conference play last year despite a strong 24-11 overall record, will open against Utah — a team they beat twice but still made the NCAA tournament. ASU’s home court, Desert Financial Arena, was a fortress last season (15-2), and they’ll host four of the top five teams from last year’s Big 12, giving them a major edge. The season’s crescendo? A Feb. 27 showdown in Tucson against arch-rivals Arizona — a game ASU won in the Big 12 Tournament last time out. Can Miller’s team turn their road struggles into wins and climb the Big 12 ladder? All eyes are on Sun Devil basketball.
