They start by recapping the NBA Finals and discussing the Knicks' improbable run to the Finals, including what their success means for how we evaluate championship favorites and build teams in today's NBA. They also discuss Victor Wembanyama, his comments and actions during the Finals, and what he needs to do to improve his image among basketball fans.

They then move on to the biggest moves of the offseason, including Giannis joining the Heat and Jaylen Brown being traded to the 76ers, followed by LeBron James signing with Philadelphia. They discuss these moves and what they could mean for the teams involved.

Adam and Kevin then each break down two teams to watch in the Eastern and Western Conferences, along with a dark horse team from each conference that could surprise people this season.

To wrap up the episode, they give their Rookie of the Year, MVP, conference champion, and NBA Finals predictions for the upcoming season.

The NBA season is almost here. In this episode, Adam Miller shares what NBA League Pass teams he will be paying attention to this upcoming season.

The rules are the same as last year: no teams on more than 20 percent of national television games. Adam shares two teams from the east and the west and why he will be paying attention to them this season.

For any NBA basketball fan, NBA league pass is the best way for you to keep up with all the games this upcoming NBA season.

In this episode, Adam Miller recaps what we learned from both the San Antonio Spurs and New York Knicks in the 2026 NBA Finals.

For the Spurs, Adam discusses why this team was not quite ready for the moment, Victor Wembanyama’s postgame comments, whether Mitch Johnson is the right coach for the future, and some of the biggest questions facing this team going forward.

For the Knicks, Adam looks at what made this group so special, including their toughness, unselfishness, and ability to play together, while comparing them to the Bad Boy Pistons. He also explains why Jalen Brunson has established himself as a top-five player in the NBA after leading the Knicks to their first championship since 1973.
