They discuss the latest product enhancements for OMEGAMON, the Grafana UX, and OMEGAMON AI Insights before they dive into what AI will look like in the future. A key take away for Fabien was that “agentic AI should not come with more complexity and should not put the burden on customers to orchestrate”. In today’s episode of the AIOps Corner podcast, we highlight clips from the Ask me Anything session Bala Rajaraman, IBM Fellow and Master Inventor hosted at the AIOps Technical Council (AOTC 2026). Bala fields questions from Joe Lavallee a Systems Programmer at Bank of America and Ramu Kristam a CICS Systems Programmer at Truist Financial. Bank of America was interested in a real use case for AI to satisfy enterprise operations management requirements. Truist Financial was interested in learning how optimization can be achieved with OpenTelemetry across multiple vendor solutions within the enterprise.
