AI can make real estate agents faster, more efficient, and better prepared; but it can't replace the expertise, judgment, relationships, and responsibility that come with being a licensed real estate professional.

James Dwiggins and Keith Robinson sit down with Mark Hall, president of Atlanta Communities, for a conversation about leadership, training, technology, and why real estate remains a people business. Drawing on his eight years in the Marine Corps, including service during the Gulf War, Mark explains why confidence comes from preparation and why attending training isn't the same thing as actually training for the situations agents face every day.

They also explore how Mark helped lead an independent brokerage with more than 2,100 agents and approximately $4 billion in sales volume, why Atlanta Communities has maintained the same split structure since 2009, and how agents should approach AI without losing sight of the fundamentals.

Mark's message is simple: AI is a tool, not a substitute for your real estate license. When the noise gets louder, agents still need to do what has always driven this business; build relationships, develop their skills, work their sphere, and talk to people.
