The demos look great: AI agents that browse the web, write emails, and file documents while you sleep. What the demos don't show is the messy desk behind the camera. Undocumented files, a naming system only one person understands, and a process living in someone's head.

Here is what has to be true before an agent can take work off your plate. Dr. Mike walks through the three fixes he made to his own file system before building his first two agents, and why documenting a process and validating it are two very different jobs.
