The Governors who came before me all warned me the year would fly by. I thought maybe they were speaking in hyperbole. They were not. I can't believe it's coming to an end, but I'm not going anywhere. I look forward to serving this district for years to come, starting as your Southwest Advertising Hall of Fame Chair next year. What a journey we've had over the past 12 months, and what an honor it has been to be your Governor. Thank you. I love you all.
