    This week on the podcast we’re joined by Gareth, head coach at Penallta Youth RFC, who shares his incredible journey of living with chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) since being diagnosed during the UK lockdown in 2021. From gruelling treatments, bone marrow biopsies and daily chemotherapy tablets, to rebuilding his body and mind through training and endurance events, Gareth’s story is about much more than cancer — it’s about resilience, mental health, and finding strength in what you can control.
