    Living in the present and being content in your own company are some of the most important aspects of staying positive while aging. Finding hobbies, staying engaged, and getting good sleep can be helpful fulfilling some of those personal goals you want to achieve.

    So, stay with it, find your joys, and in the words of Kurt Vonnegut, when you notice you're happy, remember to exclaim, or think, or murmur "if this isn't nice, I don't know what is."
