Last week we talked about preparing to set goals. Listen to that episode first before you listen to today's (Episode 133). The next step is evaluating our thoughts, actions, behaviors and habits you currently have and to decide what your target is. What good things would you like to happen in the New year? What would you like to learn? How would you like to feel physically, emotionally and spiritually? In a year from now, what would you like to say is going well in your life?

Does New Year take you by surprise? Do you want to set meaningful New Years Resolutions but when Jan 1 comes, you haven't even had time to think about it yet? This episode is to helps us with that problem. Today we are going to get started with the preparations we need to do to set our goals.
