The power in the Big Brother 28 house is finally starting to shift—and Charles and Ian have been waiting all season for this.

The Bitter Jury catches up on a wild stretch of the game beginning with the Medieval twist, where the houseguests are forced through a series of head-to-head competitions that ultimately end Haley’s game without an eviction vote. Charles and Ian debate whether eliminating someone this way belongs in Big Brother, break down Barrett’s pivotal decision to turn against the Icons, and give Haley credit for handling one of the toughest exits of the season like a champ.

Then it’s time for the Hall of Zing, which leads to an important question: has Zingbot officially gotten stale? Ian certainly thinks so. The guys break down the zings, the competition, Yash intentionally trying not to win HOH, and the unfortunate result of Drew taking power and staying fiercely loyal to the Icons.

Dee and Angela consider voting out their own ally and blaming Barrett. And Devens just needs to survive the Blockbuster.

He does, leaving Taylor and Lala vulnerable on eviction night and ultimately sending Lala out of the house. Charles and Ian discuss Lala’s game, her hilarious exit interview with Julie, Melody’s sneaky vote to keep her, and whether Taylor can finally start playing completely for herself.

But the biggest moment comes next.

Barrett wins HOH—and puts all three remaining vets on the block.

After weeks of waiting for someone to take the shot, the Icons are finally guaranteed to lose a number.
