Today's the day! We’re kicking off Season Sweet 16 of A Spoonful of Paolo with host, bestselling author, actress, and podcast creator - the beautiful Amanda Kloots! This is such a special episode as we talk about Amanda’s new podcast, Good Grief, and how she continues to honor the memory of her late husband, Nick Cordero, who passed away in March 2020. For anyone who is grieving, I hope this conversation brings you some comfort, wherever you are on your grief journey. Amanda is an incredibly resilient person, and I’m so inspired by her strength, her story, and the way she continues to keep Nick’s memory alive. Enjoy this extraordinary conversation! ❤️

Can I tell you how excited I was to sit down with the incredibly talented and beautiful Liza Colón-Zayas? She won an Emmy for her performance as Tina on Hulu/FX hit series (AND MY FAVORITE SHOW!) The Bear, and I don’t think I can find the words to fully describe how impactful and meaningful this conversation was. We explored love and grief and dreams and resilience (and SPIDER-MAN…), and I didn’t want this interview to end. I hope this episode inspires you to believe that no matter where you are in your life, it’s never too late to believe in yourself, dream big, and keep going.
