Why are the bros. treading lightly when it comes to calling Cheyenne Bryant on her lies? Why are they walking on eggshells? If I didn't know any better, I would think that they might want to get with her. Some men will sell their soul for the chance to get next to a beautiful woman.

Violence against women and girls that is perpetuated by black men and boys has reached an all-time high. So when Cheyenne clowns Toure for suggesting that society could benefit from less violent men, is a harmful narrative.

Black men, pick a side. Cheyenne was ready to slap the taste out of Toure's mouth because he had the audacity to tell her to hush, so he could wrap the show (Truth Talks).

I don't know that lady, but I don't think I would want to chill with her and I certainly would not want her to be my "therapist" or life coach.

Femicide is the intentional killing of a woman or girl because of their gender. In 2022, the United Nations recorded 89,000 cases of intentional killings of women and girls worldwide. 55% of these murders were committed by intimate partners or perpetrators from the victims own environment.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1,821 Black women and girls were murdered in 2020 in the United States. Why don't we talk about these alarming, disturbing statistics? Is it a case of out of sight, out of mind? Or, if we are not directly affected, is it easy to turn a blind eye? Join Loriann as she discusses some of the issues.

We live in a world where victim blaming reigns supreme. Whenever a girl or woman is injured or killed at the hands of boys and men, the first question asked is, "What did she do?"

Men and women laughed at Ashlee Janae and said she got what she deserved. People - Black people celebrated her death. To some people Ashlee Janae is public enemy #1.

When Celeste Rivas Hernandez is the topic of discussion, people say that D4VD "slept with" her. Minors cannot consent to sex with adults. It is not sex. She was sexually assaulted. I know it makes some people uncomfortable to acknowledge the predators amongst us. The refrain - "separate the man from the music" is insulting. Call things what they are, even if it makes people squirm.

Femicide is the killing of girls and women because they are female. Women and girls are under attack. We can not afford to be silent. Listen to Loriann rage. We all should rage against the machine.
