I share a recent past life regression experience that lands at exactly the moment my life starts to change shape. We sit with what it means to stop forcing outcomes, accept the unknown, and let life return to flow with trust in God or the universe.

The Longest Hallway | Season 4

This season explores the space between knowing your life must change and becoming the person who is ready to walk through the next door.

The Longest Hallway is about the part we rarely talk about: the space between who you were and who you are becoming. The roles we have outgrown. The stories we still carry. The things we know intellectually but have not yet fully released.

The Longest Hallway by Jan Mayfield will be published on 1 November 2026.
