Host Lynn Williams, Director of Equity and Community Engagement at the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, sits down with Delma Jackson III, founder of the Sankofa Project for Social Justice and senior fellow at the Center for Whole Communities.

Jackson, a facilitator, writer, and lecturer on social justice who has brought his work to campuses and conferences across the country, grounds the conversation in Sankofa philosophy, the idea that the past lives with us in the present and guides how we build the future.
