Mike told his story in Episode 1 about being an atheist. He had a serious car accident that put him in a coma for a month. While in the hospital, he went through a series of surgeries. In this episode, he goes into more detail about not believing in God as a result of the suffering he endured. At the time, he believed the only reason he lived was because of the surgeon, not God. Looking back, he sees it was God who provided the surgeon who was not supposed to be at the hospital.

Mike was a self-proclaimed atheist who gave his heart to Jesus Christ. He tells his story. Even though he went to church as a child, he couldn't believe God existed until after a sever accident that led to numerous surgeries. He began to feel a tug to go to church. He got up one Sunday morning and went. Nothing happened that morning, but he kept going until one Sunday he experienced Jesus's presence and surrendered.
