This is the very first Morgan & Mom episode.

We spent the first few minutes just naming what we were nervous about — the technology, being honest on tape, the things we haven't said out loud yet. And somewhere in there, we made up a safe word for when a conversation gets to be too much. (It's cookie. You'll understand why once you hear it.)

But underneath the nerves, there's something we both believe: ours is a story of hope, and a story of two people who love each other and are committed to continuing to grow.

We're not experts on reconciliation. We're just living it, and we wanted to let you sit at the table with us while we do.
