So grateful we went on our vacation. When work would say you can’t leave but you family is needing you, it’s important to remember that sometimes you just need to leave and take time with your family. And the opportunities that come are far greater than what I would have guessed.

Our kids earned a trip to Florida for reading a certain amount of pages in the summer and I am so grateful they did.

Often times I think it’s easier to say something and not follow through, but I am so happy we followed through on this because keeping a commitment is so important even sometimes more important than the vacation.

Also remember that we are disciples of Jesus Christ at all times and in all things and in all places. We don’t change our values or the way we act just because we are on vacation.

In our life there are so many times where we fall, we make mistakes, we beat ourselves down and we can literally beat ourselves up to a point where we become mentally sick. This episode invites you to turn to the Savior and listen to him instead of the voices in our head. We are our worst critics and its so imortant to seek understanding from our mistakes, choose to be humble rather then prideful. Choose to accept that you made a mistake but don't stew in your mistake. Your Savior is here to lift, encourage, and teach, he isn't here to condemn, or punish, we do enough punishing ourselves, we don't need anyone else keeping us down.

This is a quick reflection of what 30 mins of silence and being with my own thoughts can do. I feel like God really does know when we need a few minuets to just BE. Being present with ourselves allow God to intervene. He never gives us to much to handle and he gives us things that will help us grow but not overwhelm us. I love him for that. I am so grateful that I am a daughter of God!

We are all learning on this earth and there will never be enough time to learn everything but we have the opportunity each day to make changes or try new things. This week what I learned was inviting people to try something, whether that be coming to church, going to an church activity, going to lunch, is giving people the oppoutunity to change and you will never know if that will be the turning point in their life when they begin to make drastic changes in their life. One of my mentors Meghan Farner is always inviting people to try new things and I love that, because what she is helping us understand is that we have the chance to learn and grow and become better and that is what repenting is.

We discuss how Charlie Kirks Legacy of being a man of God was radiated through all areas of his life. He wasn't a man of business, or of debate, he was a man of Truth. We can all take a page from his book and evaluate our life to see if we are being the same person weather it is business, parenting, member of a church, a trade in work. Let us all walk a little straighter and understand that Truth is what we can all fall back on. God is our source of all truth and we can ask him anything, and he can help us on out individual journeys

What I am coming to discover is that feelings your feelings is good even if they are hard feelings. I felt a lot of Anger, disgust, frustrating this week and in the best I would have pushed in under the rug because I hate feelings those, and I feel like I am sinning if I do have those feelings. But what I have come to know is that if we allow ourselves to feel then we allow healing.

Also I took my son Wells to Sand Therapy and I learned a lot about how he thinks, what he values, and honeslty how he learns. He is an amazing young Boy who is grounded in our Savior and knows who he is and where is safe place is, but he has the ability to explore in the woods and dicover other parts of him. If you have never taken you kids to Sand therapy its amazing!

A quick update on Ian and I's Journey with out new business and then a symbolic take away on how K-Pop Demon Hunters is preparing us for the second coming. We may be surrounded by demons and if we can remember that those demons only have power to to bruise our heal and we have Power to Crush their head then we win everytime. We have more power then we know and as we unveil our faces and have eyes to see we are able tto defeat Satan every single time. We are Gods children we have a part of him in all of us let us use that Power and to neber underestimate the power of a kind word, a smile, etc. Remember we are never defined by our mistakes in Gods eyes.
