Family Guy Guys podcast recap: Jason Hackett, Tyler Simpson, and Collin Brown watch an early "origin story" episode of Family Guy with special guest Christian Hughes, who breaks in as the show's first ever guest.

The guys cover Joe Swanson's introduction, including his wheelchair reveal, his softball ringer scheme against Guillermo at the Happy Go Lucky Toy Factory, and his wife Bonnie played by Jennifer Tilly. Christian weighs in on Stewie Gay Watch (still ruled very straight, very aggressive) and helps activate a brand new Mister Weed Gay Watch which is almost immediately successful and decommissioned. T

he episode also gets a verdict on the bingo eye gag, we meet Collin's mom (very famous), and Christian's own breakdown of whether he counts as a "gagger" or a "structurehead". Somewhere in the middle, Peter's face turns into Mickey Mouse and Jason has to explain fair use to anyone watching this instead of paying for the real show.

Family Guy Guys is a rewatch podcast where three longtime improv comedians go through every episode of Family Guy in order, arguing about jokes, structure, and whether Seth MacFarlane is working something out through Stewie.
