  • Season 11 - Episode 18 - Finding Gratitude in Our Everyday Roles in Life
    2026/05/04

This week, I speak with Heather Strickland, who has been married for almost 20 years and has 3 teenage sons. She’s been a stay-at-home wife and homeschooling mom from the beginning. She discovered her passion for encouraging with words and has contributed to blogs along with her own blog through the years. She self-published a devotional in 2014 with hopes of encouraging women through daily life lessons. She enjoys being outdoors, sipping on coffee, spending time with her family and friends, and learning more about her Father in heaven. She’s currently working on her next devotional. You can find her on Facebook at Becoming Titus 2 Women. We look at her childhood up to the present to find the beautiful thread of Jesus in her life. You won’t want to miss this encouraging episode!

  • Season 11 - Episode 15 - Finding Gratitude in Healing and Wellness
    2026/04/13

This week, I speak with Cheryl Gottesman, the founder of Redeemed Wellness, a Certified Revelation Wellness Instructor, and a Certified Live Well Health Coach. She is passionate about helping women grow stronger in their faith while learning to care for their bodies with grace, freedom, and intention. Cheryl loves Jesus, laughter, family, tacos, and meaningful community. She is a wife to Jerry of 24 years and a mom to three awesome kids (ages 21, 19, and 17). She loves people and is often found in the kitchen preparing meals for loved ones or connecting with friends over coffee or dinner. Her wellness journey hasn’t been linear. After years of neglecting her health and later swinging to extremes with dieting and exercise, Cheryl found a sustainable, faith-centered approach to movement and nourishment in her late thirties. Through that healing, God called her to walk alongside other women on their journeys. Since becoming a Revelation Wellness Instructor in 2019 and a Live Well Health Coach in 2025, Cheryl has been equipping women to see movement as a gift rather than a punishment, helping them shift their mindset from “I have to” to “I get to” as they learn to honor God with their whole lives. We look at her childhood up to the present to find the beautiful thread of Jesus in her life. You won't want to miss this inspiring episode!
