Today’s episode is a topic that almost every parent with an adult child who is not moving forward needs to hear, which is why I want to talk about it. And yes, it’s just me.

This is by far one of the hardest conversations you'll ever have.

Sitting down with your adult child to talk about the way they've been living and that it can no longer continue makes parents very uncomfortable because of the reactions they know they’re going to get.

But you can’t avoid this discussion any longer. Or perhaps, it’s time to revisit it again, only differently.

I’ll share what you shouldn’t say and what you can say that will help set things in motion. I’ll be honest, this conversation is only the beginning. The follow through is where the work begins.
