The annual 919 Holiday Bourbon Spectacular is back...and so is the Pappy Van Winkle. The crew revisits Wayne's collection of highly sought after bottles, and threw in a pricey Parker Heritage because he was in the Christmas mood. Adam, Wayne, and Joe also discuss plans for how to continue the 919 Vice podcast in 2025.

Joe and Adam headed east to Garland, NC to catch up with Southern Smoke BBQ's Matthew Register. Starting in 2010, Register opened his restaurant and quickly began experimenting with his old family traditions. That lead to designing his own smoker and adding his own spin to classic southern sides and dishes. Register's skill has opened up doors to catering some pretty big events.

Restaurant hours are Thursdays and Fridays only, with doors opening at 11:30 AM sharp. Pre-orders on ribs are recommended (with at least 24 hours notice).

Jennifer Wilson, owner of Triangle based Nature's Releaf, joined the 919 Vice Podcast to update the guys on the ever changing laws around hemp products. As the industry grows, so do the ways consumers can play around with THC.

Adam Eckhardt joined the 919 Vice Podcast to discuss their plans to go state-wide, opening up a tap room location in Durham, and being vocal about the future of Red Hat Amphitheater and Downtown Raleigh.

Fullsteam, a pioneering Durham brewery, will join the American Tobacco Campus in 2025. Sean Lilly Wilson, founder and owner of Fullsteam, joined 919 Vice to discuss the decision to leave their original space on Rigsbee Avenue after more than a decade of being an anchor to a developing area of Durham. The new 9,000-square-foot taproom and restaurant at the base of the iconic Lucky Strike smokestack will be the central piece to the brewery's next chapter.

The 919 Vice crew headed to Triangle Wine Co. in Holly Springs to sample Hofstetten Hochzeitsbier Von 1810. It's a traditional German celebration beer that has limited availability in the States but can found in the area thanks to Freedom Beverage. The guys also discuss the wide range of beverage options at Triangle Wine Co.
