We’ve eaten our way around the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, tried a LOT of dishes, and shared plenty of opinions along the way. Now we’re taking everything we’ve tasted and using it to build our perfect Food & Wine meals.

We’re each creating our own six-course dinner using items from around the festival, with one pick in six different categories: drink, soup or salad, appetizer, side dish, entrée, and dessert.

The catch? We made our selections separately and didn’t share them with each other before recording, so we’re finding out each other’s picks right along with you.

Will we end up choosing some of the same festival favorites? Will we completely surprise each other? And when we put all six courses together, will either of our menus actually resemble a meal that makes any sense?

Along the way, we’ll revisit some of our favorite dishes from this year’s festival, debate a few of the standouts, reveal the items that just missed our menus, and see just how difficult it is to narrow an entire EPCOT Food & Wine Festival down to only six selections.

So grab your imaginary reservation, pull up a chair, and join us as we serve up our perfect six-course EPCOT Food & Wine meals!
