Lu Li is an entrepreneur, currently building her venture Seersy - Seersy is focused on helping people understand themselves better through the power of Human Design. Lu also works as a business consultant / fractional marketer. Previously, Lu founded Blooming Founders, an award-winning company that pioneered supporting female founders in their startup journey through community, events and a co-working space in the heart of London's tech hub. Lu was also the founder of Luna Talents, a boutique recruitment service for fast-growing startups looking for marketing and operations talent. In 2016, she published the book Dear Female Founder which contains 66 personal letters of advice written by female entrepreneurs from 20 countries. Lu launched FMCG products for Procter & Gamble across Western Europe and worked on several consulting projects for McKinsey, BMW and T-Mobile.
