When my sister wanted to completely change how we ran our cleaning company, all I could think was we're going to lose everybody. Looking back now, what was actually holding me back had almost nothing to do with our employees.

My sister wanted to move Primavera from two and three person cleaning teams to solo technicians, and my gut reaction was no. I was sure people would quit, sure the pay change would backfire, sure we'd break something that was already working. We made the change anyway. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made.
