Lauri Lassila is one of the greatest moguls skiers in Finnish history. Lauri finished 5th at the Olympics in 1998 and was top 3 in the world 3 different times. He is a 2 time World Championship Medalist, with a silver and a bronze in 1999. He had 5 World Cup podiums, 17 top 5 finishes and 37 top 10 finishes. He was also a Junior World Champion. He was a part of the greatest run in Finnish mogul skiing history with some of his teammates Janne Lahtela, Sami Mustonen, Mikko Ronkanien and Tapio Luusua. Lauri is married to Olympic Gold, Bronze medalist and World Champion Lydia Lassila and in this episode we discuss their family and the next generation of Freestyle skiers.
