This week I'm joined by Carla Lett from My Bump 2 Baby for a conversation about success, freedom, support and the pressure we put on ourselves to do everything.

Carla has built a hugely successful business, but as we talk, she shares how there was a point where success didn't actually feel the way she thought it would. The business was growing, but so were the hours, the pressure and the feeling that everything depended on her.

We explore what changed when she started creating systems, asking for support and designing her business around the life she actually wanted.

And I think there's something in this for all of us, whether you run a business or not.
