Are you scared of making the wrong decision? Maybe you overthink every choice, worry about regret, or feel stuck because you don't know which option is right.
In this episode, I explore fear of making decisions, overthinking and indecision, and why trusting yourself can be more helpful than trying to find the perfect answer.
We look at how fear, perfectionism and the need for certainty can influence your decisions, and why remembering that you can adapt, change direction and handle whatever happens next can make decision making feel much less daunting.
I also share a personal decision I made recently when I chose not to force myself to record podcast episodes during the summer holidays.
Because sometimes, making a decision isn't about knowing exactly what will happen. It's about trusting yourself to handle the outcome.
Reflection question:
What would you choose if you trusted yourself implicitly?
