概要
Law enforcement doesn’t just impact the officer, it affects the entire family.
In this episode, Katherine sits down with former deputy sheriff Mo Greco, who served 17 years in law enforcement and is married to an officer with more than 30 years on the job. Mo brings both professional and personal insight into how the realities of policing shape family life - from parents and siblings, to children.
During her career, Mo served as a patrol deputy, field training officer, hostage and crisis negotiator, undercover detective, and community outreach deputy. She is also an FDLE-certified instructor who has trained both recruits and experienced officers.
Together, Katherine and Mo discuss the importance of prioritizing mental health throughout every stage of a law enforcement career.
Mo also shares about her work helping develop a statewide crisis line for first responders through the Suncoast Alliance for First Responders.
