Confidence, identity and style are not three separate problems. They are one.
In this episode, I talk about where my own identity shifts happened: a career that no longer reflected who I was becoming, the identity shift of motherhood and the loss of my sister, which rearranged everything. Each of those moments presented me with the same question. Who are you now?
What I learnt is that the surface work does not stick unless the inner work has happened first. You cannot dress your way out of misalignment. You cannot workshop your way to presence if you do not yet know who you are.
This episode walks through what rebuilding confidence, identity and style actually looks like. Inwards first, then outwards and then forwards.
In this episode:
- Why confidence, identity and style are one problem, not three
- What the rebuild looked like: the inward work, the outward expression, and the alignment between them
- Why style is the most visible part of identity, and what it means to dress from the inside out
- The women I work with now, and what they are really looking for when they find me
