On 27 August 2026 Reuters reported Meta planning to replace much of its employees' work with AI agents, and Meta's own numbers show code changes up 220% and major incidents up 40%.
Owning it inside the walls is not the same as being able to run it, and under about 500 people you are hiring for a job you cannot assess.
