The Utah Mammoth fan base is already deeper, louder, and more entertaining than most teams, and this fan cast proves it. From lifelong hockey diehards to brand-new converts, these conversations reveal why Utah hockey is turning into a true community—and why this season feels different.

You will hear from Dustin “Big D Vader,” Matt Trotter, Branden “Utah Hawk,” Sean Cleary, Julian from 996 The Howl, and Kyle Biederwolf—each bringing a different perspective on what makes Mammoth hockey matter right now. Some came from Vegas, Pittsburgh, Toronto, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and right here in Utah. Some have followed the franchise for years. Others are still learning the game. All of them are all-in.

You’ll discover:

Why new fans are falling in love with the Utah Mammoth so fast

What longtime hockey followers are bringing from their old team allegiances

The one thing fans want most from the Mammoth organization this season

Why the power play, physicality, and special teams are already under the microscope

How the Winter Classic, season tickets, and community culture are shaping the future of hockey in Utah

There are real opinions here, too. The guests get honest about Utah Mammoth roster decisions, goaltending, fan experience, and whether the team should chase big-name additions like Connor Hellebuyck or trust the core that is already in place. You also get some of the most passionate takes anywhere on what the Mammoth need to do to keep growing both on and off the ice.

This episode is for anyone who loves Utah sports, wants to understand the Utah Mammoth fan movement, or enjoys hearing real hockey fans talk like they actually care. If you want energy, perspective, and a preview of where the Utah Mammoth franchise is headed, this is the episode to play.
