50 EPISODES. 🎙️💚

When I recorded Episode 1 of Beyond Nrml, I couldn't see Episode 50. I didn't know exactly where this journey would take me—I just kept showing up.

And that's exactly what Episode 50 is about.

BETTING ON YOURSELF.

In this milestone episode of Beyond Nrml w/ Mya Lamis, I'm reflecting on what 50 episodes have taught me about confidence, consistency, failure, rejection, comparison, purpose, success, and having enough faith in yourself to START before you feel ready.

Because here's something I've learned:

You don't always become confident and THEN take the leap.

Sometimes you take the leap scared—and the confidence comes afterward.

The dream you've been talking yourself out of.

You don't have to know exactly how it's going to work.

You don't need everybody's approval.

You don't even have to stop being scared.

You just have to be willing to take the next step.

So ask yourself:

What would you attempt if you weren't afraid of being embarrassed?

What if you stopped asking, “What if I fail?” and started asking…

WHAT IF IT ACTUALLY WORKS?
