This one is so special. Matty boy is opening up more and more and I just loved getting to hear him use his voice! As for me? This 5-MeO-DMT journey rocked my world in a way few things in this life have. It’s taken time to metabolize, and it’s been hard to find the words to translate it into shareable, useful information. No research or citations here, just me and Matt sitting down to talk about the medicine that changed us both in radically different ways.

I took 5-MeO-DMT first, back in October. Matt didn't take his journey until this May, seven months later. So this episode isn't a single shared trip story. It’s two separate ceremonies, two nervous systems, two very different unfoldings, held up next to each other. Our hope is to share some polarity. To unpack our shared experience and feeling that there is “no bad journey”, and that whatever comes up, it’s all useful information.
