Confidence does not magically appear one day. It is built through repetition, self trust, and showing up even when you do not feel fully ready.

In this video, I am talking about how to build real confidence by becoming a SME, a subject matter expert, in your life, your work, your gifts, and your goals. The more you show up, practice, make mistakes, learn, and keep going, the more your confidence grows because you start proving to yourself, “I know what I am doing.”

But confidence is not just about action. It is also about the way you talk to yourself while you are becoming. If your inner voice is constantly criticizing, doubting, or minimizing you, it becomes harder to trust yourself. That is why mindful self talk matters just as much as doing the reps.
