Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta made a huge splash with the announcement of the trade of superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby from the Las Vegas Raiders. The price was steep with the Ravens giving up two first-round draft picks to acquire Crosby. But the move makes this the best Ravens defense in years and maybe the best in the league if head coach Jesse Minter is as advertised.

The Baltimore Ravens' new head coach Jesse Minter has been busy building his new staff. Among those brought on are Declan Doyle as offensive coordinator and Anthony Weaver as defensive coordinator. While Weaver is a familiar face to the Ravens, he does make a lateral move from the Miami Dolphins to fill the role. Doyle is a young, high-ceiling offensive mind from the Chicago Bears that will be calling plays for the first time.
