Hill still has not been given the detailed allegations against her and has not seen the full report; the board is withholding it under attorney-client privilege. Also: a CMPD officer was shot early this morning on Enderly Road in west Charlotte and is in stable condition, with the suspect still at large. City Council votes Monday on extending the data center moratorium another nine months, with staff citing unresolved air pollution monitoring and noise limits.
