Because whether we realize it or not, the people coming behind us are watching how we handle hard things, how we treat people, how we care for ourselves, how we pursue God, and whether we're willing to take risks and finish what we start.

I also share some personal examples of how I've seen this play out in my own family, including choices my parents made decades ago that are still impacting my family today.
