Being a real estate agent is NOT cheap. Between technology, marketing, brokerage fees, coaching, conferences, photography, lead generation and everything else we're told we "need," it's easy to spend those commission checks just as quickly as they come in.

But what's actually worth the money?

And no, I'm not telling you to run out and buy everything on this list today. The goal is to start thinking like a business owner. As those commission checks come in, where can you intentionally reinvest some of that money into things that will help you grow?
