Today's conversation is with Beth Zupec-Kania, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, owner of Ketogenic Therapies LLC, and expert in ketogenic therapies. She began her career as a hospital dietitian specializing in ketogenic diets for epilepsy and later established a private practice providing ketogenic therapeutic guidance for individuals with neurological, endocrine, selected cancer, and psychiatric disorders. Beth also consults in ketogenic research and has authored numerous educational resources for consumers and professionals. She has trained doctors and dietitians at more than 300 medical centers, co-designed Keto Mastery Therapeutics virtual courses, and created KetoDietCalculator, a software tool for managing precision ketogenic therapies. She is a founding member of Ketogenic Specialists and serves on the advisory boards of The Charlie Foundation, the International Neurologic Ketogenic Society, Metabolic Mind, the Glut1 Deficiency Foundation, Anorexit, and the Coalition for Metabolic Health.
